We've identified an issue causing degraded performance of CompanyCam's Translation feature. You may still be able to use this tool but be aware processing time is elevated and the translation may fail. This stems from a larger issue with one of our providers, OpenAI. We will keep you updated on the status of this issue. If you are having problems please reach out to our Support team!
